Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my whole life & adopted my sweet Mako after graduating from college with my first bachelor's degree. She is my world & she goes everywhere with me! I adopted her at 8 weeks from a rescue in Kansas City. She is a husky mix, so I understand & enjoy high energy pups, just as much as I enjoy the elderly pups. After graduating a 2nd time, I am now a newgrad nurse working nights in the ER, but would enjoy filling my 4 days off with giving other puppies the love & care that they deserve! When I am away, I worry constantly about Mako getting attention, so I want to help other dog parents with the same worry! As a nurse, I am educated in medications & med administration if that is a need. I am very flexible & willing to do whatever is needed during a visit, whether that is meds, feeding, playing, or just cuddling!

Kasey did a great job with my cats. They litter boxes stayed clean and the food stayed full. I felt confident they were being well taken care of.
Kasey dropped in to care for our two elderly dogs while we were away overnight. They're creatures of habit and have become too anxious to be boarded. Kasey stepped in without skipping a beat. You can tell on meeting her that Kasey is a genuine dog person and my furs took to her right away -- the ultimate test. She fed, gave meds and walked them. Nice touch was texting photos of them rolling in the grass, enjoying their "walk." ? I wholeheartedly recommend!
Kasey is not only a great friend, but she is also the best fur mommy to her dog, Mako! For as long as I have known her (probably 10+ years) she has always been incredibly active, even more so now since she adopted Mako, which I am sure Mako loves. :) Kasey is very responsible, mature, caring, passionate, friendly; this list could get pretty long, so I will stop there. She is always willing to help, in fact when I needed someone to let my two dogs out while I was away, Kasey offered to help with no hesitation. Kasey would be a fantastic caregiver. Jobs are always easier when you enjoy what you do, I know for a fact Kasey would love being a dog caregiver!
We have had Kasey watch our two dogs on multiple occasions. We love her. We have a rescue that requires a little extra attention and she is very good with him. We had her stay over for a week while we were on vacation and she took wonderful and our dogs and house. We will definitely have her watch our dogs every chance we get.

A typical day
We can play, cuddle, work on training - I can bring Mako with me if that is something that you would like! She is great at getting puppies socialized! And if not, then she can stay at home - totally up to you!
