Growing up, my family always had a dog and/or cat. Over the years, I’ve also gained experience babysitting children for neighbors, which of whom had large dogs that I’d watch in addition. Currently, we have a little Shih Tzu puppy named Kai. I’ve potty trained him to use pads while in our home. He loves going on walks but we don’t go too far as he’s still quite small. I love going on walks outdoors though, especially living in Hawaii, so I’d love to have a little partner to tag along! I always make sure they’re hydrated and rest when needed in a cool shady spot.
