Pet care experience
My most recent adventure is Co-Founding a specialized animal rescue in 2021. I grew up with cats and helped give our elderly cat fluids in her final years. Since then, I have always had my own cat & fostered close to 100 cats from 2012 - 2019. Since 2008, dogs have become a large part of my life also with my first adopted dog. In 2018, I became more involved in the animal rescue community by serving on a TNR committee and a shelter Board of Directors. In 2019, I took a position as an Operations Director in a shelter. Late 2020, I attempted to continue through life without animal rescue but was miserable. I felt like I couldn't live without it. ❤

Kasey is AMAZING!!! She has such a caring heart and knowledge for animals. We know whether Bogie is spending the day or week, it’s the next best thing to being at home!
Kasey was great with our fur ball AJ. We had a family emergency and needed the flexibility to book and extend the stay. Kasey kept us informed and sent multiple pics so we could be at easy our pup was getting great care. Thank you so much Kasey and family for taking great care of AJ. 🐶🙏
So happy I found Kasey to watch my dog while I was away! She treated him like her own and provided tons of updates. Highly recommended!
Kasey is absolutely amazing and treated my fur babies like part of her own family. She gives great updates and I will definitely use her again!

I am a FearFree Shelters course Graduate and understand cat & dog body language at a professional level. My most recent foster dog I trained for 2 years (highly reactive dog), mentored by Monica of K9s in Action. Any dog I do a check-in for will be cared for with a training background. I also have skilled knowledge about cats and dogs, including flight risks and disease, to take your pet's safety seriously. Additionally, I have applied (& been approved) through the City of Minot for a Pet Limit Permit Increase so I am operating within City Ordinance. 🥰

Information Kasey B. would like to know about your pet
Food allergies! I do my best to have high quality treats on me at all times but I'd like to know if there are any snacks that your dog cannot have. I would also be very appreciative if you'd be willing to share if your dog has an autoimmune disease/disorder as this could affect both my and your dogs' health. <3
A typical day
Fun activities may include training in a 'game' style with kibble or snacks, going for a "sniffari" (a walk in which the dog is given lots of time to sniff all they want), and positive interactions to keep your pet feeling the most comfortable while you're away.

Availability
I left my full-time job to tend to my autoimmune disorder. I am still volunteering as Co-Founder, running operations for our rescue, and have limited income as a dog trainer while I build a client base. Rover clients fit into my schedule wonderfully where training clients are not booked.
