Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Karyn, and I have been a part of a dog household since I was a child. My parents had Beagles, Coonhounds, and a German Shepherd at different points throughout my childhood. My husband and I have 3+ years of dog sitting experience in our home. We can walk, bathe, feed, and provide all of the snuggles and attention to your dog of any age. We have 2 dogs who are my babies and who are very pet friendly. We also have one dog who is outdoors. We do not have training in dealing with aggressive dogs and therefore can not keep them in our home because we are needing to keep our dogs safe. I hope you will consider allowing your babies in our home!

Karyn is a dog lover and always has been. She loved the dogs we had when she was growing up and treated them like her sister or brothers. That love has carried over to adulthood with her love and care of her two dogs Roscoe and Daisy and our dog Lilly that she refers to as her sister. Karyn is always looking for the best ways to care for her 4 legged children and the 4 legged children she watches for her friends and family. Karyn understands how important a pet is to your family and treats each one like her baby. Karyn's husband Wesley loves to snuggle with the dogs and give them lots of pets and a good playtime romp
I have three husky mixes and Karyn handled them perfectly. Karyn is only the third person to ever watch my dogs overnight, and I would trust her to do it again in a heartbeat! She sends me TONS of photos which eased my anxiety of leaving my boys behind while on vacation. 10/10 recommend!!!

We have a fenced in yard that is about 1/4 acre in size for your dog to stretch their legs. The fence is more than 5 feet tall to make sure there is no chance for an escape. We do allow pets on our furniture and bed. We live in a small secluded neighborhood that is very safe. We have an entire toy box of toys for your pets entertainment while with us, and I can guarantee our dogs will ensure they have the best time as well!

Please let me know of any important tips of tricks for handling your dog the best way possible. I do not allow aggressive dogs in my home, and will not be able to provide services to any aggressive dogs. Please inform me of any medication, whether they are crate trained, potty trained, etc before meeting with your dog.
A typical day
I have a fenced in large yard and plenty of balls, frisbee’s, etc to assist your dog in running off all of their energy. If the weather permits, I also enjoy taking a dog on a walk on the C&O Canal which is only 5 or so minute drive from my house.

Availability
I currently am home all day aside from the occasional errand. I do have a part time babysitting job, but it is on an as needed basis (normally 3-5 days a month tops) Our dogs normally go to work with my husband Monday-Friday 8-6, but there are occasions that they are home with me as well.
