Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for my family since I was around 10. I would house sit for my aunts and uncles while they went on vacation. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, special needs dogs, and seniors. I’ve helped my mom with many hospice foster dogs. I can administer injections and medication. I give daily insulin to my own dog. I can do basic training with puppies, or give your senior dog some help up and down the stairs. I’m more than happy to go above and beyond for your pets!

Karrisa watched my 2 VERY high energy dogs for me for a week while I was on vacation, and I could not have been happier with how they were treated! She was super responsive, took them on daily walks, sent tons of pictures and even gave them baths for me before we got home! I have used other sitters before and Karissa has by far been mine and my dog’s favorite! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a caring responsible sitter for your babies!

Please let me know of any special things your dog likes/needs! Do they need help up the stairs? Do they need medication? Certain spots they don’t like to be pet? Are they prone to chasing/running after small prey animals? I’m happy to accommodate whatever special requirements/requests you have for your fur baby!
A typical day
I love playing fetch, chasing/running around with pets, I can take them for walks and sit outside with them. Tug of war is a personal favorite of my dogs, so I’m especially good at that! If your dog is more of a snuggler I can do too. With permission I can even take them for a car ride for a pup cup!

I’m currently a stay at home mom and my husband works 3-11 so I can do daily drop in visits for your normal 7-3 work life. I have ample time to help care for your pets as if they were my own.
