Karrington was incredible from start to finish. She was professional and responded immediately when I requested dates. Since I booked in advance she followed up with me and scheduled a meet and greet for my cat before the time to care for her. Karrington is incredibly sweet, loving and trustworthy and it's obvious she really loves animals. My cat is older and has thyroid issues and I never once worried about her while I was on vacation, I truly knew she was in good hands. Karrington was thorough and even cleaned up my cat's messes better than me! She notified me on the app when she arrived and when she left and always left notes about how my kitty was doing. I will absolutely book with her again!
