We specialize in personal & group field trips for pups. Additionally, we offer all other pet care services. All of our services are private and tailored to meet the needs/wants of your pups. We care for only one pup(s) from one family at a time. Although my postal address is Murrells Inlet, I am actually right in Surfside Beach, close to the Garden City & Surfside Beach line. I am new to/on Rover, but started my business in 2006. We re-branded in 2023 - launching our popular Petey's Pup Rides. We were recently featured on WMBF news. I have had, as a family member, just about every breed you can imagine. I currently live with an American Bulldog. Cane Corso Mastiff, German Shepherd, Chow-Chow, Pomeranian, Papillon, I have had the pleasure of having in my own family. Almost all dogs, even those that owners claim are "unfriendly", gravitate toward me, and feel comfortable with me from the moment that they meet me. I have worked with a SC police chief and official police dog trainer. My experience and love for all breeds of pups is broad. In my care, your pups will feel more than loved. They are sure to have fun. My services reach outside of the boring norm. I enjoy getting silly with my furry clients. We enjoy play that is not just simply going outside. Your pup may enjoy some bubble time - chasing and catching bubbles, or he/she may enjoy chasing a remote car or truck, and more. I pick up many pups on Petey's Pup Rides®. This can be just a ride, or a day/visit tailored by you, for you and your pup's needs. We have three Pup Mobiles. My furry clients love it!

Top Notch!! I live in Surfside Beach, SC and have used Petey's for about 5 years now. My Bubs adores Karola. Her daughter and her run Petey's. Karola and Krista are both fantastic with dogs. Bubs has so much fun with them. I work, so having him exercised is very important, and Karola makes sure the dogs are exercised and socialized well.
Karola has been watching Rolo my German Shepherd for years and every time I pick him up and take him home he goes straight to his bed for his nap from being worn out from all of the walking, balloon playing, bubble catching and the Petey's Pup Rides. It is hard to make Rolo tired so I am very grateful. When he wakes up every morning he barks at me for his peteys pup ride and day with Karola. He loves playing with her dog Mia. Whether you need her to wear your dog out or just watch your dog, she caters to your dogs needs and I highly recommend Karola.

I have a sanitary 25 X 25 enclosed concrete pad area, a porch, patio, and small outdoor grass/yard. I have a dog park close by. I have one furry family member of my own, a VERY friendly American Bulldog. She loves cats, other pups, and all living creatures. Not a mean bone in her body. She gets super excited when other pups stay with us.

I will ask about your pup's eating habits, food restrictions, allergies, health, behavior, etc. I will want to know if he/she has been fully vaccinated. I will ask for his/her motivators and favorite playtime habits.
A typical day
Your pups will enjoy a fun ride on Petey's Pup Rides® (on one of our pup mobiles). I like to get silly with my furry clients. They may enjoy chasing some bubbles, a toy remote car, some water play, and so much more. I am not the average dog care provider. I think outside of the box, and pay close attention to my furry client's likes or needs. Second to safety, my furry clients having fun is my main goal. I will keep them very active and lively. Your furry family member will be mentally stimulated as well. We will take walks, maybe a jog, visit some fun outdoor spots, and maybe go to the dog park. Your pup will stay busy. If they like to or need to relax more, I surely can accommodate that as well. If you have a very active, energetic dog, he/she will be stimulated and very well exercised. Many clients send their furry pups to me just for the activity - in order to get their pup the exercise or mental stimulation that he/she needs. If your dog is more on the relaxed, calm, maybe a bit lazy side, I certainly know how to make he/she comfortable and happy as well. I do pick up furry clients in the Surfside Beach, Garden City, and Murrells Inlet area - Petey's Pup Rides®.
