We rescued our 2-year old fun loving Border Collie, Penny, who is spoiled rotten with endless belly rubs, long walks on the beach, and trips to the dog park. She has become the center of our family, loves pillows, and has stolen our hearts for good. When we rescued Penny, we did not know her background, all we knew: she was scared. The first week we spent hours sitting on the hallway floor, coaxing her out of our apartment. Then a few months later, came the leash reactivity for which we had to be patient, and learn and grow with our Penny. I am available primarily weeknights and weekends, however am occasionally available weekday mornings and mid-day with advanced notice. I am willing to drop-off and pick-up for grooming appointments. I work part-time as a pediatric speech-language pathologist and my boyfriend works from home as a video editor.
