A simple farm vacation
Pet care experience
Combined we have over 40 years of experience with dog ownership along with 10 years cat experience and 40 years horse experience. Due to our lifestyle, we must be able to take quick action and care for any animal on our property that falls ill or gets injured. We have experience in critical animal injury first aid and extended care and follow vet requests and recommendations for continued animal care. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat all friendly with all ages and genders of dogs and cats. Pippa is 16 years old and has mild incontinence issues, gage is 6 years old and kita is 2. Bodhi our cat is 2.

I have known Karlin a great many years. I have known him to be a responsible dog owner and he has taken care of my pooch many times. Has a large area to allow dogs to run and burn off energy.
Karlin has a big heart when it comes to animals. He is very caring and attentive. He ensures that the animals feel comfortable, safe and well cared for.
Karlin has been an amazing caregiver for our dog Ares! He cared for him for weeks so we could go away at Christmas time! Ares was treated immediately like one of the family. He was loved and cared for and Karlin sent us many pictures and updates. I was getting a little afraid that Ares was having such a good time with Karlin that he wouldn't want to come home! I highly and whole heartedly recommend Karlin for your pet sitting needs!

Prior to taking on new pets, we would like to meet with our animals to ensure a good transition for everyone allowing your pet to meet us and our family members in a neutral area. We will make sure everyone has their own bed and are able to stay together ensuring no one is left out. We ensure anyone needing medication receives what they require on time.

A typical day
Corrina is usually out in the yard with the dogs playing throughout the day. Our senior dog cannot handle much most days so we do make sure to break up the activities. We have fenced paddocks where the dogs can run around if they have recall issues or like to escape. We are at the end of a 1 mile road and have little to no traffic so we usually walk up and down the road multiple times a day.

I work full time in cold lake and am away from 6am to 330pm however my wife, Corrina, works from home and is active with all our farm animals throughout the day.
