I grew up on an acreage with horses in a pasture and dogs in the house. I loved animals from a very early age. Since I have moved out on my own I have had and currently have two wonderful dogs. As a kid I always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, the idea of caring for pets for a career really intrigued me. I got my Biology: Zoology degree and worked at a zoo for a while before moving back to Omaha. Life happened and I had to stray from my animal care job. I am looking forward to getting back to what I love to do, which is care for animals. I currently work from home. I am married and we have a 5 year old son.
