I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes for 15+ years. I’ve dedicated much of my time volunteering at DuPage Animal Control and Chicago Animal Control and highly experienced with large “bully-breed” dogs considering Chicago’s shelter housed 90% staffy mixes. Long before Rover, I’ve cared for the pets of neighbors, co-workers, friends, and so on; the greatest compliment being a referral! I adopted Kaiya, my Shiba/Cattledog mix and have used this site for dog walking from time to time and can help guide those who are new to the site. I strive to help those in a bind or in need of last minute help and truly do all that I can to assist in any way possible. If you’re looking for a couple who is reliable and responsible look no further. ABOUT ME: In my free time you’ll find me walking my dog, rollerblading, out with friends, or taking care of other pets. I spend a great deal outdoors rock climbing, kayaking, running, or playing sports. At the moment I am only available on Wednesdays and Sundays for walks and drop ins. Still, I have families that use my service during the week with the understanding their dog is ok being home for the length of a workday. With notice I can be flexible and manage my schedule to work for you if possible. I am comfortable staying with your pet overnight if applicable. I offer discounts to families who rescue their doggies or adopt over shop. Ask me for a cost adjustment (discount) if your pet only uses the backyard to potty instead of walks! New clients will have access to a discount code as well. I typically don’t charge for caring more than 1 dog if they can be handled together in a single walk.
