Dogs have been a part of my life from the day I was born! My mom and I would take in strays and rehome. Caring for dogs has been my life's calling. I have been fostering & rescuing for over 20 yrs. I provide 24-hour supervision overnight, daycare, walking and hiking services. I am a pet parent to a 4 yo Frenchie named Pig who is friendly and welcomes new friends. I will treat your dog with love and respect the way I treat my own. I am confident your dog will feel at home here. My dog always enjoys stays at Karla's
Karla was amazing with my two pups! They got plenty of love, exercise, and a company. And we got peace of mind knowing they were safe and cared for! Definitely coming back!
Karla was the best sitter we could have asked for for our fur babies! She was so caring and treated them like part of her family. I was given plenty of updates and photos as well as videos of my babies while they were away. Since leaving my dog with a sitter is very new to me, Karla helped me feel at ease by making sure I packed things that would make my doggies feel comfortable. I knew my babies were in great hands with her! Will definitely book with Karla again.
Karla took care of my dog Ruby while I was away for the weekend. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took excellent care of Ruby. She kept me updated with pictures during her stay and made sure she was occupied. Ruby came home exhausted from a fun weekend! I would definitely recommend Karla for anyone looking to book on Rover and would use her again in the future!

Dogs only sleep inside and have access to both indoors and outdoors. Please reach out with any questions. *** ONLY dogs who are up to date on vaccinations & provide proof*** *** Pet parents please maintain a flea regimen for your dog*** or I reserve the right to refuse service.

It is important to me that while 2 dogs from different homes are in my care that they are matched well. Please do not bring dogs with toy aggression or food aggression. Fearful or aggressive/reactivity issues are complex are not yet in my wheelhouse.
A typical day
I work from home and when your pup is boarding here we take 30-45 min walks to Eldorado Park twice a day. "Mi Casa es Su Casa" is how I want them to feel. Plenty of play time in a great back yard built especially for the dogs. Just know when your dogs are being boarded with me they are kept busy & active not just stuck in the yard.

*****Please note this price reflects small to medium-sized dogs with no behavior issues who can be housed with other dogs ****** I work from home with the ability to prioritize your dog in my care. My attention is on your dog! . While she/he is here you will get up to date videos/photos of dog walks & visits to the park. When your dog stays with me, I'm not just keeping him/her safe in my home ....dogs have lots of fun! My office looks out into the yard so I always have an eye on the dogs when they are outside. They have access to indoors and outdoors.
