Thank heaven for Karina! Without her patience, help, kindness and obvious love of dogs, my Havanese, who is quite shy and nervous of strangers in his life,, would not have reacted so positively to his recent adventures in Boston. We arranged his walks and Karina checked in beforehand to play with him a little before taking him out. After a couple of days, he ran to greet her with a wagging tail. A wonderful and loving first experience for both pet and owner. Yes, we will be repeat customers and luckily for the dog, we will be returning frequently to Boston and Karina.
