Pet care experience
I am a dog trainer, and have worked with and trained over 150 dogs. I grew up with 2 Chocolate Labs, 2 Dobermans, a Golden Retriever and a Pomeranian. I love all types of dogs and will give your dog a lot of attention/love, structure, and the exercise they need. Taking dogs for walks/runs, playing, teaching basic obedience commands, and simply hanging out are some of my favorite activities to do with my dogs. My boyfriend and I work from home, so I can accommodate your dog's needs easily.

Karina was an outstanding sitter!!! My dog Happy stayed at her apartment with her puppy. They played together, but Karina gave my dog individual attention as well. She ran my rambunctious puppy every day and took her on multiple walks. Karina asked me for my particular commands for training and worked on my dog’s manners. I received multiple photos and videos during Happy’s stay. And as a wonderful bonus Karina bathed Happy and clipped her nails. I had never been apart from my Covid dog but I felt totally comfortable after Karina’s first text to me. Thank you very much Karina!
Karina was Amazing! She came over twice before visit to meet Callie. She stayed over night for a week. Not only did she take wonderful care of my dog...I know for a fact she walked her more than I can which was a huge blessing. She also sent pictures or videos every day with a text updating me on how she was doing. She also took really good care of my home and left it in as good of shape as when she got there if not better. I felt completely relaxed on my vacation knowing I had nothing to worry about at home. Thank you Karina!!!
Karina was assume, we went on a 9 day trip and left our 3 dogs with her. 1 of them being special needs as she is fighting cancer. Karina did a great job with her meds and her special feeding schedule. She updated us daily on how all our girls were doing and she went above and beyond their everyday care. She worked on some training techniques for our youngest who is still a puppy, clipped toe nails and brushed them. I would defiantly use Karina again in the future. There are no words to express how appreciative we were to have her for our dog sitter. She did a great job keeping our minds at ease. Thank you again Karina.
We are thankful to have found Karina for our pup. She has a kind and gentle nature our puppy took to immediately. Her communication is outstanding-sending pictures, videos, and updates to remind us that our puppy is in great care. Karina is very engaged during her boarding time. She is more than willing to follow your lead in regards to training, schedule, and care...but also offers training ideas from her own experiences. Our puppy is always excited to see her...a good sign that Karina takes wonderful care of our pup!

We do not currently have a fenced in yard (we will be putting up a fence in May 2023), so your dog will be leashed at all times when outside. I have never had an issue with a dog getting lose or running away.

A typical day
Teaching tricks and basic obedience cues is something I enjoy doing with the dogs. Walks around the neighborhood. I would likely not be taking your dog to any parks, but we would definitely go on walks.

Availability
Dog training is my full time job. I occasionally have some availability for boarding a dog through rover. I take a max of 2 dogs at a time (in addition to my own two dogs).
