Pet care experience
I am a self taught dog enthusiast. Growing up I was always interested in animals and their behaviors and grew to further educate myself. I am currently working towards CPDT-KA certification as a professional dog trainer. I am PetTech CPR and First Aid certified since 10/10/2021. I am a proud owner of two Dobermans who have been a large part of my life for 11 years. I have worked in doggie daycare and boarding the last year and learned so much more about dog play, body language and breed characteristics. Dog behavior is something that has always interested me and I realize that negative behavior in dogs can be linked to too much energy and not enough exercise. We live in a busy world and time is sometimes against us. That is why I'd like to dedicate my time to helping out with dogs, as well as their owners, so that they all can feel at ease within their shared environments.

Karina is a literal dog whisperer in my eyes. When I became a pet parent for the first time and was frantic trying to figure out how to make this work with my already busy lifestyle, she was who I turned to for help – and frequently! When it was time to welcome the little pup into his forever home, everything from crating to house-training to managing his separation anxiety, Karina was there for me every step of the way. Her patience and innate understanding not only put Asher at ease, but gave me the confidence I really needed in order to become a better caregiver myself. When I had to take a month long trip, she was the first person I turned to for a sitter, as I wanted him to be in a loving environment similar to what he would have experienced at home with me. She didn't disappoint, sending me pictures and video regularly to ensure I felt connected to him throughout. You won't regret working with Karina in any capacity!

I abide by all leash laws and vaccination requirements. I keep my dogs safe and tethered while in transit and will be eventually adding a fenced area in my own yard for safe and monitored playtime. I will always respect and follow the requests of the owners needs for their dogs.

A typical day
I will go on walks in local trails and maybe even to dog parks. I eventually will provide a large fenced in area in my yard to provide monitored and safe playtime with my dog Zelda as an option in the near future.
