We have been a dog foster family with Big Fluffy Dog Rescue, helping acclimate dogs into their new homes, for 5+ years. I have experience with small dogs, herding dogs, livestock guardian breeds, and special needs animals (deaf, blind, tripawed, medical, subcutaneous fluids, etc.). I have cat care experience as well (diabetes, kidney disease/failure, cancer). I am also a PAWS SF volunteer specializing in animal hospice care. I believe in consistent, positive reinforcement, and exercise focused animal wellness. When walking most dogs, I connect their leash to a waist harness for security - your pet’s safety and welfare is very important to me! My own dogs are rescues and we’re always working on new types of training and exploring the city on walks and hikes together.
