All dogs are my best friend :)
Pet care experience
When my grandmother passed i took over the care of her dog, a super anxious cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I have always loved dogs, all sizes and breeds, but nothing made me happier than making sure she had the happiest end to her life as possible. I now occasionally take care of my dog-in-law (mother in law's dog) and we have worked hard on her obedience training. I like to work with helpful commands and creating a routine that is good for both dog and owner, such as waiting when crossing the road, approaching other dogs calmly, etc. Mostly I just want both of us to have fun :)

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a small place so I try to be outside as much as possible. However, i am able to have a dog over for shorter periods of time or overnight. During the day i try to be as active as possible, both physically and mentally, but between walks i like to relax and cuddle on the couch. I also try to attend to the fur needs of the dog every day, if it's intense brushing or any paw care needed.

Information Karin R. would like to know about your pet
Let me know about dietary needs, physical issues or pains, habits on the leash, meeting other dogs and if they jump. Everything is ok with me, as long as I know before. I also have a lot of experience with senior dogs, so if your dog needs a more relaxed day it is no problem!
A typical day
The days always start with a morning walk! We keep a slow pace and keep it to 20 min, just to wake up and do our needs ;) after breakfast we have playtime at home and chill on the couch to gather some energy for the big walk of the day. Around 2 hours of exploring, hopefully with time off leash if the doggie responds to recall, and meeting other four legged friends if the doggie wants to :) during the walks we also practice obedience training. It is also possible to make this walk into a run if it's something the dog enjoys! After the long walk we will probably be very tired, so some naps on the couch is hopefully in order. I like to do two walks in the evening, one before and one after dinner. If you only book for part of the day, we will do the most we can during that time, if the dogs energy allows.

I am available Mon-Thurs all day and the occasional weekend too. I have finished my studies and I am taking some time before my masters to enjoy life and develop in ways I haven't had time for before.
