Kari was amazing!! From beginning to end, we were very impressed with our experience. Even before drop-off, Kari asked a number of insightful questions to ensure that our pups had a good visit. She sent frequent updates (pictures, etc.), and, after we picked them up, provided a list of parks that the dogs enjoyed, should we be back in the area. Her professionalism and obvious care for our dogs were clear throughout the process. This was our first experience with Rover, and Kari set a very high bar for future engagements.
