I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. and always have! I've had dogs since I was little. I've previously owned a mutt and a beagle. I raised 8 beagle puppies from birth. I've had many previous steady dog/house-sitting jobs. Some of these jobs included in-house stays. I've also done multi-week jobs and drop-ins. I also have experience with all different breeds including; beagles, dachshunds, pit bulls, and great danes. I love the outdoors including walking and hiking. More about me personally; I am a student at EKU, my major is Education of Deaf and Hard of Hearing. I love to hike, climb, and camp. I have a manager position at a challenge course so I make my own schedule which makes me flexible for dog-watching. I don’t currently own a dog but can’t wait to adopt my own little puppy in the future!

Kari is one of the most reliable caregivers you’ll be able to find to watch your dog. She grew up with dogs and is very capable of giving your dog the best possible care when you have to be away. In fact, she also has a lot of experience caring for newborn twins and also worked many years in a nursery which serves as a testament to how responsible she is as a caregiver in general. Dogs are no sweat for her! Our friend group often turns to her to watch their dogs and she’s always treated them as if they are her own pet. My little beagle-mix absolutely adores her and won’t leave her side whenever they are together. If you are looking for someone that is responsible and reliable and will also give your dog plenty of love when you have to be away, Kari is the one to turn to!
Kari is someone I have worked along side of for a long time and developed more than just a work relationship with but also a friendship. She is a sweet, caring soul and has taken it upon herself to love my two dogs almost as much as I do. We have even trusted her to take Luna, our beagle, and Hex, our husky, out to see some friends and bring them home promptly. Kari would be someone that I would recommend to anyone. She is smart, sweet, trustworthy, and reliable and I know this from many different experiences from working with her to being her friend.
