Hi 👋 I am Karen. I am a caring person that you can trust to do the right thing for you and your pets. I live my life with integrity and honor. I am a veteran and I want you to be assured that this will be a no fuss experience. Let me know what you need and I will work with you to tailor the times and requests that will be the best for you. I will strive to always do the right things for you and your pets so you can relax and not worry. I have always taken care of animals, especially dogs and cats. I have worked in a pet store and a U. S. Army veterinary clinic. I also worked in a doggie daycare. I am experienced with caring for small animals as well. If you need home visits while you are away for any animals such as cats, chickens, small animals, fish - let me know and I will be reasonably priced. I work full time and current availability will be only the days that I am home which are Fridays through Mondays. So, I AM AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDs ! 😃 I am available in the evenings after 6 pm on weekdays (Tuesdays through Fridays). My availability may not show I am available weekdays after 6pm, but if you have a special request please send me a message! I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Our pets enjoy a relaxed home environment where they are welcomed inside of the house. Each evening an exciting walk occurs. We have lots of property with fields, trees and there is a fenced area. We have 2 older children that will be able to pay attention to your pet as well with plenty of love and supervised potty breaks outside in our yard. We have 2 older toy poodles. I also groom poodles! If you have a poodle and would like to talk to me about grooming, send me a message! 🐩. I can groom small dogs at this time.

Karen was an absolute life-saver for a last minute wedding my partner *forgot* to make any arrangements for! She came to us at our hostel where we had our RV parked for a meet and greet the night before, and we chatted and got to know her a bit while sharing a taste of our homemade Rhubarb Crisp! She stayed for at least an hour and was more than accommodating regarding our requests for our dog Poppy's care the next day. The day of the visit, Karen sent me dozens of adorable pictures of our baby dog (which we drunkenly cried at during our event), updated me on her dinner and potty times, and even offered to take Poppy home with her so she wouldn't be stuck alone in the RV all night! Long story short, our 1-hr scheduled dog walk became one where Poppy got to spend the whole evening at Karen's home with her family, until she delivered her back to us at 11:30 pm. Poppy has a lot of separation anxiety from us moving around so much, and we could not have gotten ANY luckier with Karen as our chosen dog sitter. She was incredibly responsive, punctual, BEYOND generous, and is also a very interesting and cool person to talk to to top it all off! Karen is a friend to ALL Good Dogs, big or small! 100/10 experience. If you are torn between dog walkers, the decision is easily Karen! Thank you so, so much, Karen!
Karen took excellent care of our 3 border collies! We needed someone on short notice & Karen responded quickly! She was a pleasure. We’d use her again, definitely!
My new husband and I had a wonderful Rover experience with Karen. We are super happy with her service and felt very comfortable with her doing drop-in visits and walks for our mini schnauzer while we were away for our wedding weekend. Can’t thank you enough, Karen! I missed my little pup but felt extremely confident in your abilities and calm demeanor. You set me at ease to go forth and enjoy my elopement! Thank you!

I also care ALOT to do the right things and make good choices. Things will be checked on - safety, security and making sure each day things in your home are not damaged, leaking, etc. If you choose to have me watch your pet at my house they will be safe and watched closely. I will always monitor them for safety and health. I will also make sure they have interaction, walks, and activities. Pets are welcomed in our home. We have a large yard. I would like to cater to you and your pets needs and do my best to make sure your pet is comfortable in our home and with our family.

Tuesday through Friday I am home after six. I am available on weekends! I am fully available Friday evenings, all day and night Saturday, all day and night Sunday, and all day Monday.
