Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Karen and I've been a pet owner for a long time! I currently have chickens, kitties, lizards/frog/tarantula. I grew up with cows, horses, bunnies, lambs, dogs and cats. We even had a domesticated racoon. I've trained several dog breeds including: German Shepard, Great Dane, Pomeranian, and a Collie mix. I rode horses competitively and showed all of these animals at the fair . In 2022, I travelled to Germany to bring a Wasserhund (German water dog) back to Wisconsin for the owner. I arranged the transportation, overnight stay and final pick up for the owners.

Wow! Karen is amazing! We have two high-energy goldens and she handled them like a pro! I'm comfortable with all dog breeds and my friends have been surprised when I make friends with their ordinarily grumpy dog or cat. I'm happy to bathe your pet, walk them, let them out for the bathroom and feed them at their normal times and/or give them their medictions. I have treated my own cat with both injection, oral and topical medications.

Availability
My NEW weekday hours will be afternoons and evenings during the School Year, from 4-9pm. I MAY have some flexibility on weekends, so please reach out if you have a weekend request and I will do what I can to accommodate you and your pet! During the Summer months, from mid June to mid August, I will have the most flexibility to do Drop Ins or Walks. My calendar will be kept up to date with any changes.
