I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my dog to Karen and her lovely family for the day and I'm especially grateful for Karen accepting to look after my dog on such short notice. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention provided. Karen and her family went above and beyond to ensure that my dog felt comfortable and loved during his stay. From regular updates and photos to tailored playtime and walks, it was evident that my dog was in great hands. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, making it easy for me to relax knowing that my dog was in such capable hands. Finding Karen has been a godsend! Frank can be a little unsettled in unfamiliar surroundings but from the moment he set foot in Karen’s home he’s been welcomed as one of the family and settled straight in. She has been very attentive to his needs in regards to anxiousness around other dogs when out walking and keeping to his usual routines to provide consistency & reassurance while away from his usual surroundings. Frank loves his stays with Karen and her family which allows us to feel confident as owners and enjoy our time away.
