Karen was a pleasure to know . She has a great personality and we instantly knew she would do good with our little Mojo . She and her fiancé were very accommodating wrt timing considering we got delayed while picking him up . Their reassurance made our drive back from our trip less stressful and mojo looked his happy self when we finally got there . I am sure Mojo had an amazing experience and it's finally nice to have a good dog sitter in Roosevelt Island . We are definitely going to use their services again .

Karen and Byron are the best sitters ever! I cannot rave about them enough to praise how wonderfully they took care of our Zorro!! They kept us posted with frequent updates and even pictures!!! Zorro came home just as healthy as we had left him, but I truly think he still misses them!!!! Thank you Karen and Byron!!!!! :))
