I would rebook Karen in a heartbeat! Between the time that Karen met our dogs and when she came to sit with them, one of our two dogs needed medication for an ear infection and a recent endoscopy as well as needed to wear a cone to protect a hot spot on his neck. She took the change in stride and was extremely diligent with his care and with making sure his sister didn't play too rough with him. Her messages about how breakfast, dinner and walking went with our dogs made us feel confident that they were in excellent hands. We can't thank Karen about for her flexibility and the care she gave our dogs!
