Karen always has the best interests of the animal in mind. She is very compassionate and patient. Their safety and comfort come first. I don't think she has ever or will ever be without a furbaby or two. I trust Karen implicitly with any of my animals! She is also very knowledgeable about first aid for animals, which I find extremely helpful. You won't find a more avid animal lover.
