Pet care experience
I have had pets my whole life (over 30 years experience) and love the unconditional love they bring to my life. I treat each one as if it was my own, with love and kindness. I am responsible, very dependable, and trustworthy. I have a very flexible schedule, so I work hard to accommodate my clients as I am available weekdays, weekends, evenings, and overnights. Right now, I have two fur babies of my own, a Bichon (Bentley) and a Havanese (Harley), who are both spoiled rotten! My love for pets does not stop with dogs. I love to care for all animals. I am very active and enjoy walking and giving an abundance of attention to each and every pet that I care for.

Karen is absolutely amazing! She made sure our dog, Tilly had excellent care when we were away for the weekend. Karen came over at the exact times she said she would and spent time giving Tilly extra love. You can tell that Karen really cares for the dogs like they are her own. We would recommend Karen to anyone and plan on using her services again soon!

I have a 9 year old Labrador retriever with bad arthritis and she just lost her play mate. Karren was the perfect leader for her. She listened to MsAbby when she wasn’t feeling good to walk and Karren didn’t make her walk. She noticed one day while walking MsAbby that she wanted to greet a puppy and she let her. This helped Abby in her situation dealing with the loss. Karren’s 30 years experience, and her understanding, and listening to the cues from MsAbby gains my trust in future services. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our dogs while we were away. We knew they were in great, caring hands. Karen also took the best pictures of the dogs playing. We would highly recommend her to anyone, and we will definitely use her again next time.

I have no breed preference, though I have chosen to omit Pit Bulls from my care list. I would need to know what activity level, if the dog has any aggressive tendencies, any medical issues, and if they are good around children and other animals.
A typical day
I love walking dogs, playing fetch, or just providing attention if that is all they desire. If there is a park nearby or walking trails, that provides lots of new sensory stimulus and surroundings to keep the dog interested and active. I take cues from the dog to provide it with everything it needs.
