Hi- I'm Karen and I can't wait to meet your sweet pups!! I live in Southwest Austin with my husband and 2 fantastic teen daughters. I am a Duke graduate (Go Blue Devils!) and have a Masters in Education. I am a life-long History and Art Educator and Artist (visit me online at Karen Evans Art Mojo) Dogs have played a major role in my life- I have owned all types, from a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog to a Chihuahua Mix- I am super comfortable handling every breed and temperament. I'm extremely safety conscious taking all measures to prevent dog escape artists, snake or ant bites, injuries and weather-related issues.. For walks, I carry pet first aid kits and water. When sitting, your pets are my sole focus and I treat them as my own (so, a combination of lots of spoiling and a pinch of tough love ;). Sitting includes overnight stays and daily walks. I also take care of your home, plants and mail. Clients are entitled to discounts as well on my fabulous and affordable pet portraits via Karen Evans Art Mojo- Clearly, I have dog care down to an Art form :) Karen

Karen is so incredibly amazing with our dog Mabel! We have been having Karen stay with Mabel for probably six or more months and have used her pet sitting services multiple times. Our dog feels relaxed with Karen, and Karen takes the absolute VERY best care of Mabel possible. She makes sure Mabel gets plenty of exercise, play time, and TONS of love. Karen mostly stays overnight with Mabel when we are out of town and I feel extremely comfortable having her in my home. I cannot recommend her enough!
Karen and her family took wonderful care of our dog Kona for 10 days. Great communication- updates with photos and videos - we could tell she was having a great time. Highly recommended!!
Karen was AMAZING! We were out of the country for 10 days - and had absolutely zero worries about our furbabies. Karen provided updates + pictures on a regular basis. Our Golden, two cats, Beta fish, and plants were all happy while we were away. I even think they all miss Karen now that we are back. We will use Karen again, and again, and again. She's like that really good babysitter you want to keep all to yourself - but also want others to experience. She's 100%!
Our pup Alli had such a great overnight stay! Karen took her for a nice, long walk and she played with Izzy until she was worn out. She sent lots of photos of all the fun too. Highly recommend and Alli would love to stay again :)
