Pet care experience
I have 2 rescue dogs one is a Doxiepoo (half dachshund half poodle) and one dachshund. They are both crate trained. I have loved dogs since I can remember, I can help with training while in my home and they have a huge yard to play in!

Karen was great with our two dogs. Communication was great! Pictures and videos daily. Played fetch and they looked like they quickly became a part if her family. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur babies!!!

I’m so glad we found Karen here on Rover.com! Sophie has separation anxiety but we couldn’t take her on this trip. Karen is knowledgeable about taking care of dogs and she truly loves them too. She sent me a text with pictures of how Sophie was doing every day. It was very reassuring. I highly recommend her and I will be having Sophie stay with her again when the need arises.
Karen is simply the best when it comes to dog boarding. She goes above and beyond to make your dog feel belonging and so loved. My puppy became so refined, calm and more well behaved when I picked her up. Karen kept me posted every step of the way with updates and photos of my little sweet Bella with video calls on a day to day basis. Karen is a wonderful pet boarder.

I have a huge fenced yard and 2 pups of my own. I do have one small crate if needed for the times I need to run errands and while I work. They will have frequent potty breaks for the times I am working. I can also provide a special diet if needed for your pup.

I can give dogs medication I have experience with them. I can also do daily brushing short walks and lots of cuddles and pictures. I can set up a pool if your dog likes water (mine thinks it is a big water bowl).
A typical day
I work from home so dogs go out for thier first potty around 5-6am and then I have breakfast and so do they and they go out around 8-9 and are in crates for 3-4 hours while I work and then another potty break and depending on if I have more work or have to leave for a bit they get crated or I will leave them out. Mine like afternoon cuddles and the doxiepoo gets brushed daily. The pups then eat supper around 5pm and a snack around 8pm.

I currently work part time from home and have plenty of time to spend with your pup. I do have a covered patio for them to hang out and is shaded for part of the day.
