Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and have had my golden retriever for the past 3 years. He is the center of my world and we have loved taking care of friends’ dogs as well. Sawyer and I go on lots of active adventures and make many trips to the dog park so your animal will be well cared for with me.

I have a fenced yard and Sawyer is an enthusiastic play mate for your animal if they like to play, but he is also very calm and aware when a dog or cat wants to be left alone. I take up to 1 doggy day care and 1 boarding client at a time, so there may be other dogs at the house. I make sure that they are all friendly and play well with other dogs, I do not allow aggressive behavior.

I would love to know your dogs favorite activities, and if they like to play with other dogs. Just give me a heads up if there are any special needs so I can make sure I am able to accommodate.
A typical day
Sawyer and I go on walks twice a day and we try to make at least one of those walks to one of the dog parks near to my house. We also like to visit Mt Tabor and Forest Park on the weekends, or swim at Sellwood in the summer.

Availability
I work from home and my job is pretty flexible so your pet will get lots of attention. I am sometimes on work calls in the morning so it is best if your dog can take play breaks and doesn't bark constantly during the day.
