My heart was broken when I saw the photos of Cookie that sitter sent me. I was thinking and missing Cookies everyday, knowing that Cookie was not happy there. I picked up Cookie few hours early and noticed that her demeanor has changed, not a happy 2 year old puppy anymore. She acts like an much older dog, not smiling. How my heart broke and feeling so quilty of leave her behind. It was our second time using Rover. We didn't have any issue with the first sitter. Unfortunately she was not available when we needed her. Hopefully with time Cookie can start smiling again and be a happy 2 year old puppy.
We have tried different boarding puppy hotels etc and have never seen Hudson so happy and loved! He usually comes back lethargic and weird but after Karen and her two daughters had him stay with them for 5 days, he was still the same happy snuggly dog that we love! I’ve never felt so content leaving Hudson while we went away, but Karen definitely changed our experience with that! THANK YOU Karen & a special thanks to Rover for connecting us!
