I have an immense understanding of dog and cat behavior, as well as many other animals. I managed a municipal animal shelter for 10 years and have spent 7 years managing a successful low cost veterinary clinic. I live on a fully fenced 1 acre agriculture property with livestock and chickens. I walk my own dogs (& granddog) 3-5 times per week. I believe socializing is an important part of raising a well mannered pet. We have house cats (dog friendly), barn cats (dog savvy) and 2 dogs, all sterilized. I do not support irresponsible breeding. I've spent the last 20 years of my life supporting spaying/neutering and adopting from shelters or legitimate rescues. I am experienced with minor wound care, ear cleaning and medication application. I am not a groomer but I can bath, trim nails, express anal glands and shave a potty path for your pet. I will love on your furkids like my own!

I am very happy that I made the right decision picking Karen B. for our doggie daycare needs. After much time scouring the internet for the right caretaker. Karens’ profile appeared almost out of nowhere. The information it contained answered most of my questions prior to ever speaking with Karen! My work day starts early and ends late…..when Karen informed me that it wasn’t going to be a problem I made reservations for OZ’s first day of care! Which went perfectly! Karen sent video updates throughout the entire day. I was very impressed with the hands on care that OZ received. You can tell that Karen enjoys what she does. Karen B. takes time to build relationships with the dogs under her care! That said. If you are looking for doggie services. Karen B. is the best option:)
Karen was fantastic! Woody had a ton of playtime with other dogs in a well managed setting. Karen is a dog professional and I knew immediately that Woody would be in great care by a knowledgeable and skilled dog sitter.I received videos and photos throughout my trip as well as quick updates that assured me Woody was doing well.
Karen is great!! She sent us videos throughout the day. Our dog loved playing with her dogs as well as the other dogs she was watching, she made lots of new friends. We didn’t worry about her at all, we knew she was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Karen as well as take our dog back to her. Karen was awesome!
