I have had dogs stay in my home before and I have gotten up according to their schedule to ensure that they are exercised I have a fenced-in yard where a dog can run around and play. I have had a dog stay up to 20 days at my home. If a schedule is provided for the dog I will follow it to the letter. At a minimum, I play with a dog for 1 hour and take them to a park that is close to my house. I know how to give a dog oral medication if it is needed I change their water every couple of hours to ensure they have clean fresh water available to them. After walking a dog I will make sure they have fresh water and that they are cooled off before leaving them at home.
