Pet care experience
If you're looking for a dog lover who will love, walk play with, and feed your fur babies when you're not home, then you've come to the right person. As the daughter of a professional dog trainer, and the one she trusts to sit for her dogs, I have a mountain of experience with looking after dogs and handling many different types of behaviors. I can work with small or big dogs, one or six at a time, I am very flexible. Most importantly, dogs love me back. I am very good at making sure they are comfortable with me and respecting their boundaries. I am very aware that not all dogs like the same types of interaction. I owned a dog myself that had severe anxiety and was territorial. I assure you that I will respect the limits you and your dog set and provide them with the love and comfort they are comfortable with.

Before I agree to watch your pet, I require a meeting with the dog because if the dog is not comfortable with me, then that could be very stressful for both me and them. I want to know how your dogs are with people. Is there any aggression? Fears? If I'm going to be taking the dog for walks or to a park, I will want to know how they are with other animals. I also would like to know about any health problems the dog may have that I would need to watch out for. Any specific or special instructions should be communicated up front to make the whole process as smooth as possible.
A typical day
I can take your dogs for walks for exercise. I'm up for taking them to a park for some playtime if there is one within walking distance. I am willing to take dogs in my car, but only if that is something they are comfortable with and will be well-behaved. I can do playtime with their favorite toys, as well as back scratches, belly rubs and any loving they need.
