I've taken care of dogs since I was a toddler. I grew up in a dog family and have loved animals since the day I was born. When my husband and I got married, we found out he was allergic to cats and dogs, so we weren't able to have a pet of our own. I would love the opportunity to shower my love and affection on your pet(s)!

Just started with Kara and everything is going well.
Kara is absolutely fantastic. She’s been doing check ins and walks for our two big fur babies for a couple months now (75 lb Golden Retriever and 120 lb St. Bernese). This is our first time using Rover and I wasn’t too sure what to expect but I could tell the instant I met Kara that she was a warm, caring person who would fit right in and be amazing with our dogs. She’s always on time, a great communicator, very flexible and accommodating with our varying shift work schedules. She even brought our doggies some xmas treats! ♥️ I’d recommend her to anyone but please don’t everyone choose her because we kinda want her to ourselves 😁

A typical day
When I take a dog for a walk, I am fully aware that it's a special activity for the dog and they should get to smell all the scents and see all the sights that interest them. I will walk with them at their pace and let them tell me where they'd like to go!

I currently work mostly evenings during the week and weekends during the day which means I'm available during the weekdays when most people are generally at work and in need of someone to take care of their four legged family members.
