Kara was great once again in making sure our cats were well-taken care of and got some much needed human interaction while we were gone. Would recommend each time and again.
Kara is communicative and attentive to my cat, but she left our kitchen sink caked with wet cat food. I had asked her to rinse the dishes and she left the food in the strainer basket. The sink had to be deep cleaned and was overall a gross mess. This is consistent with what happened last time, where the bowls weren’t cleaned at all. I thought it was a miscommunication. As it turns out, I should have been extremely clear. Overall not the end of the world, but an unpleasant surprise to return to.
