Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs for the past four years. I will let your dog out to use the restroom at least three times a day and take them to walk for fifteen minutes at least twice a day in the Central East Austin area. I would enjoy playing with your dog at a dog park, or taking them for a walk around Lake Austin. If your dog has special quirks about feeding, diet, and walking, I'm conscientious about those needs and I have a safe quiet home for them to relax in. They will sleep in the house which has AC and a heater and I will crate them if you ask me to when I’m not home. I am happy to send updates and photos.

We couldn't be happier with Kara's service. We felt at ease knowing that our dog was in good hands. This was our first time booking with Kara and even though we've booked through Rover before this was our best experience yet. She sent pictures often and we felt that our dog was having a vacation of her own being pampered with belly rubs and play time. Kara did an amazing job caring for my elderly, special needs German Shepherd dog during my first time away from her after she was diagnosed with advanced kidney disease and degenerative myelopathy. Kara handled Gypsy's multiple feedings, medications, and wound care with professionalism and attentiveness, never flinching at all the instructions required to care for my aging pup. She sent me text updates during every visit, along with photos. I also came home to an immaculate house, with all the dog food dishes washed and dried and the floor looking spotless (despite some potty accidents!). I will definitely be using Kara in the future, and I can't recommend her highly enough to others. Kara is the perfect caretaker for any dog, but especially those of you who have found it difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy caretaker for an older pup!
Kara was great — Osa had a great time at her place, and pick up and drop off was a breeze!
Kara was super sweet to my pups. I have two 60lb mixed and she took them for walk and played with them. Very friendly and reliable, she texted me often to update with my pups status! Highly recommend her!
