My little family is looking for some extra fur-babies to care for! We have 2 dogs ourselves (bernese mountain/husky mix and a golden retriever) , so please make sure your four-legged friends are positively engaged with other dogs. I previously volunteered for an Animal Protective League, so I maintain basic knowledge on how to keep your pet with a full-belly while staying active and responsive. Please note that we are able to provide food for your pet if needed, but would prefer you bring their favorite food to prevent upset bellies! We have a fenced in yard, but would also love to take you pets to the park for walks and playdates (dogs only)! Things you should bring when boarding with us: -A crate appropriate to the size of your pet (we do have one spare, fits max 40lbs) -Your pet's everyday food (no treats necessary, we have plenty)! -A collar/harness and a leash for frequent walks -Any daily medications with pill pockets if necessary -Your pet's favorite toy/blanket to make sure they feel right at home! In case of emergencies whilst your pet(s) is/are in our care and/or during a meet & greet, we will ASSIST in the cost of their medical treatment ONLY (this is only applicable if our residence or pets contributed to the accident). Please keep in mind any additional fees incurred during the time of your visit at the vet (ie; emergency clinic fees, after-hours fees, tax/other fees, etc), we will NOT cover. Additionally, in the case of the aforesaid emergency, we require a copy of the receipt from your visit which must include the signature/contact number of the animal physician chosen. Luckily, we have yet to experience any medical emergencies thus far, however we pride ourselves in providing great care to your pet(s); Our stability and security within our petsitting business is greatly important for our success through Rover.
