Rover gives me everything I’m looking for in a job right now. The flexibility works great with my class schedule, I get to know other dog owners, and most importantly, I meet new doggies! My hope is that I will connect with my clients and care for their pups on a recurring basis. I grew up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, where I volunteered at an animal shelter. After high school, I relocated to Tampa for college. I’m studying animal biology, so taking care of dogs is right up my alley! I have class for a few hours a day Monday through Thursday—the rest of my time I will dedicate to your pup! My dog expertise extends beyond the classroom. I have trained my partner’s two service dogs, and am currently raising a 1 ½-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog. My furry little girl will get along great with your dog! Tampa is not Ft. Wayne—it’s so big, and the neighborhoods are so different and so wonderful! Ideally, I’ll maintain your dog’s routine in their home neighborhood, so that it will be like almost nothing has changed while you’re gone. I’m not that outdoorsy myself, but I’ll gladly take your dog on long walks if that’s what they’re used to. Your dog can certainly count on good meals, lots of play, tons of cuddles, and loads of love! A meet-and-greet would be ideal, but I also understand that life can get in the way. Whatever works best for your schedule is how we’ll approach your dog’s stay. I love dogs of all breeds, shapes, and sizes. During the stay, I will send updates on a regular basis, so you will know your dog is getting the best care possible. I’m so eager to meet you and your pup—I hope to hear from you soon!
