Pet care experience
My household has always been full of spoiled pets that I've loved to care for! We've had four dogs altogether and our first family dog was around before I could even talk. Recently my dad adopted two cats that I've incredibly enjoyed caring for and spending time with. I've never been without a furry friend and have been caring for them for as long as I can remember. When I became old and responsible enough, neighbors and family-friends frequently called on me to house, dog, cat and babysit. I have been walking, watching and playing with dogs and cats of a few family friends consistently for the last year or so, and I'd love to meet more critters to care for!

I am available to come to your home to care for your pets. When I interact with animals, I am patient, calm, friendly, respectful, affectionate, attentive, playful, talkative, gentle and sensitive to your pet and their needs. I am fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID and take CDC guidelines seriously due to my health issues, so I always practice good hygiene and judgement regarding COVID. Unsocial pets in my own home prevent me from caring for your pet in my household, but again I am available to care for your pet in your home any time.

Does your dog have any allergies, special needs, dietary restrictions etc.? I would also like to know your dog's behavior on walks and reaction to other people/dogs. Let me know your pet's favorite places, toys, treats, places to be pet! I want you and your pet to feel as comfortable, safe and happy as possible when your pet is in my care. If there is anything I can do to make you or your furry friends feel more comfortable, don't hesitate to ask!
A typical day
I love to take dogs for long walks (when weather permits) and hikes if their owner approves of a short drive! On the crappy days we stay inside and play fetch, tug-of-war and hide-and-seek; and I'm sure to give lots of affection! This all depends on each dog and what they like and are comfortable with as I always respect the pet and their owner's boundaries.

Availability
My schedule is very open and incredibly flexible. I live with a few chronic illnesses that come with unpredictable symptoms that affect my studies and my ability to work a 'normal' job. I have taken some time off from school and my job as a waitress because of these illnesses. I have been consistently healthy for a few months now, so I feel comfortable exploring working with animals on my own time when I am feeling well. So, as long as I am actively well and not in a doctors appointment, I am almost always available for your pets!
