Never again! This was not a good experience. I shared that the dogs were on a schedule. She missed several drop-ins during the requested times. Once showing up 3 hours late. Dogs had multiple accidents inside the house. She cancelled a drop-in because she had plans. When I received a photo of my dog with a bloody nose, I cancelled the rest of the drop-ins. Overall an awful experience.

Kara was amazing! Super friendly and for sure a dog lover. We are so glad our dog Lily loved her and could tell by the photos that she had made a new friend. She is very reliable and responds very quickly to all messages not to mention she was able to ease my worries seeing that this was my first time leaving lily alone. We look forward to using her again in the future! :)
