Pet care experience
Growing up, I loved caring for dogs, doing everything from walking, training, and pup-sitting whenever I could. I’ve fostered several dogs in the Philadelphia area, and now that they’ve been adopted, I’m looking to get back into dog walking and sitting!

Kara was lovely from start to finish. She graciously rescheduled when we had a family emergency, then was a great friend to our Lulu. Lots of walks and playtime. She accommodated her social anxiety and was great with communication. Highly recommended!
Kara was a total last minute life saver when my other dog walker fell through. She was very flexible and accommodating and made sure my puppy got lots of play and attention during the time she was with her!

Your dog will get tons of attention and one on one time in our house, and a nice long walk when we go out. We have toys and a crate for any necessary crate time needed (if your dog gets crated at night).

I love all dogs, no matter the size or breed. I do like to know their personalities before hand, just to gear up for what kind of dog I'll be caring for. Any specific needs your dog may have, as well as anything they don't like, would be great to know ahead of time as well!
A typical day
We love going for long walks around Old City, and as we live right by so many historical areas, your dog will get tons of grass and exploration time as we walk through the parks and quiet areas of the city.

Availability
I currently work from home, so except for short errands, I will be home 24-7. I have a very low-demand and flexible job, so I am always available to play!
