My name is Kara and I am a former dog socializer/walker volunteer at the SJACC, from where I rescued a senior special-needs dog (I.e. the love of my life, who unfortunately passed away from cancer surgery last year). I love dogs and are more patient with them than I am with most humans ;). I will take your dog hiking if that's his/her jam, or I can take him/her to a couple dog parks within walking distance from my apartment. I do live in a high-rise with no yard (but a dog park is a block over), so your pup must be ok with going into an elevator. I have built up some resistance to the puppy eyes, so no human food or excess treats from me if your pup is on a diet or if that's your preference. If you do daycare and take Caltrain, I am happy to come to the station to pick up your dog and walk him/her to my apartment in the morning.
