Pet care experience
I am kind, gentle and caring and good with most dogs; 2 dog family since 2004. My dogs love my cooking and are always interested in my activities, especially in the kitchen. I'm also outside a lot tending my garden so my dogs get plenty of outside air and sunshine.

Kana is always kind to my little buddy even when he doesn’t want to listen and come when called from his outdoor play. She is understanding and flexible when we come late or have to leave early or late. She is super. I couldn’t ask for a better doggie day care person.
Kana is the best sitter ever. So relieved to find someone who truly takes great care of my Stella. Stella really missed her backyard and the other dogs. Very safe place for doggies and I will definitely use Kana again. Highly recommend them. Thanks so much!!!

We have a large, fully fenced back yard with plenty of sun and shade and is quite good for day care or boarding. The dogs can shelter inside as required. And my 2 dogs, both Brittany Spaniels and both now 14 years old, make good playmates as they have slowed down some and are always friendly to other dogs. There is also Chambers Primary School directly across the street from our back yard with plenty of children and their outside activities to add some young life to the neighborhood throughout the day. Drop your dog(s) off with us as you take your child to Chambers Elementary. And pick your dog up when you get your child later that afternoon. It couldn't be more convenient.

Please inform us of any special needs for your pet, physical or dietary. On warm and hot days we run our AC so inside is always cool and comfortable. The dogs will lay near the blowing AC vent and the couple floor fans we have. They always have an inside place to escape the heat. On smokey days with poor air quality the dogs will stay inside.
A typical day
Dogs love it here in our back yard with plenty of activity around from rabbits to squirrels to deer and with other dogs and their owners passing by including bicyclists, joggers, etc. All very visible from the street behind our fenced back yard. The dogs can sleep in the sun or in the shade and run up and down the back fence playing with other passing dogs.

Availability
I am a stay-at-home housewife and always have time for pet services any day of the week. The area around Chambers Bay is a great place for dog walking with both sun and shade available along the trail and the sidewalk. It's very lovely here looking out across the golf course, over Puget Sound and at the Olympic Mountains.
