Pet care experience
I've recently become a full-time, stay-at-home dog mom with a little extra love to give. I would love nothing more than to share that love with your pup(s)! My two current boys, Phoenix, a 10-year-old golden retriever, and Teddy, a 6-year-old, 85 pound mutt, keep me on my toes! I foster dogs for several local rescues and am comfortable with pups of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I have worked with dogs that have different types of behavioral challenges as well as medical needs. Allow me treat your pets as well as you do! I don't mind looking after other pets and/or small household needs during my stay or drop in. Enjoy your time away knowing your pets and house will be well cared for.

Kami takes great care of our three dogs. She treats them like they are her own. Bo, Ollie and Riley get so excited when Kami comes to play and take care of them. It’s great to have peace of mind that our pups are in great hands when we are away!
Not only is Kami one of the most selfless people I know, she’s also the most passionate person I know when it comes to caring for animals. She is the first person I call when I need a sitter for my 8 year old chocolate lab and I know she treats her like a member of her own family. I rest easy knowing my dog is in great hands.

Are there any triggers to watch for when out on walks? Do they have any behavioral concerns I need to know about? Health issues? Feeding routines? House rules (e.g., are they allowed on the furniture, etc.)?
A typical day
I like to keep a dog's routine as normal as possible while their parents are away. I will try to maintain the same walk schedule and engage them in their favorite games. Does your dog love to play fetch? I was a center fielder! Enjoy running? I run half marathons! Prefer to snuggle on the couch? I'm always game for that!
