Kami has been absolutely amazing looking after our pets, and I recommend her highly for any petsitting needs! Right from the start it was clear that she is very knowledgeable about the needs for a variety of pets, and her background in caring for sick or more complex needs pets, made me feel reassured that she would be able to recognize if our pets became unwell, and would be able to take needed action. She is professional and punctual, yet fun and thoughtful, even bringing our cats home made toys which they absolutely love! She sent me daily updates and photos on how they're doing, which enabled us to enjoy our holiday without worrying about our pets at home. She was respectful of our home and privacy, and I felt comfortable with having her come in on a daily basis. Our pets can get stressed when we're away, but seemed calm and content when we returned, and I'm sure it's due to Kami's loving interaction and great care. I would definitely book Kami again in the future to look after our pets!
