I am ready to put my expertise and energy to work for you and your pets! I am a runner and professional dog trainer who would love to meet new pawed running companions, and I would be happy to care for your pets any time you are away! I am also happy to help you train through behavior you are struggling with, and I am willing to pet sit or walk difficult dogs that many people wouldn’t be willing to handle. I grew up caring for animals such as dogs, cats, horses, rats, fish, and more, and I recently earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology. I recently left my job of two years caring for and training dogs (and working closely with cats) to pursue other opportunities. I have helped successfully rehabilitate aggressive dogs and cats with severe emotional trauma.

My home is a quiet place for your pets to stay when you are gone. While I do work 8-5 during the week, I run home to let dogs out to potty in the middle of the day so no one has to be left alone for more than 4 hours. I prefer to keep dogs safe in their crates while I am away but do have a couple of clients whose dogs are allowed to hang out in a safe gated area when their owners travel. Let me know what you feel comfortable with - I am happy to discuss logistics with you. We have a large yard for dogs to play in, and I love playing or training with pups whenever I have free time. I will accommodate the ways in which you pamper your pets, and I can adjust the length and speed of walks and runs to suit any dog. I will follow your home visit directions to a T and send frequent updates so you don’t have to wonder how your pets are doing.

A typical day
I will run or play with your dog if they are high energy, and I love playing games with cats. I also love a slow walk around the park if that’s what your pet wants, and I’m content to sit and scratch a lazy pooch or kitty.

Availability
My days off are Saturday and Sunday, and I am can walk, run, or check on your animals before work, during my lunch break, or after work any other day (I work 8-5 with a one hour break at noon); I can’t wait to fit your pets into my schedule!
