Pet care experience
I am kind, gentle and patient with all animals and believe dogs (in particular) have a lot to teach us. Rover gives me the opportunity to satisfy my dog fix and I'm grateful for the chance to spend time with yours. My friends call me a dog whisperer of sort but I think only a dog can confirm! I work from home and will spend ample quality time with your dog. The most he/she will be alone is about 3 hours. We have a huge, sunny backyard on about 1.25 acres with plenty of room for your dog to explore and be happy under watchful, loving care. My office opens up to the backyard where I can engage and keep an eye on your dog. Thanks for considering me to spend time with your dog. Kam

Kam has watched my Jack Russell terrier a number of times over the past few years. He is very conscientious about spending time with Winston and going on long walks to help drain some of the terrier energy level. He has also helped provide a special food diet as my dog has allergies and is careful to be specific about feedings. When I leave my dog with Kam and go on vacation or a work trip I rest assured that he is well cared for in my absence. Winston has an upcoming stay with Kam and he always gets excited in the car on the way over mostly because he loves basking in the sun and playing ball in the large backyard. Thanks so much for all the love you give my dog Kam - much appreciated!!
My dog Lola loves Kam more than anyone. He is gentle, caring and fun. Kam takes her on great walks and adventures and makes sure she is safe and healthy at all times. If Lola is with Kam when I am away, I don't worry about her at all which is a huge relief. I cannot say enough about him except that your dog is lucky if s/he gets to spend time with him.

I would like your dog to be potty trained and prefer him/her not be overly excitable. While I don't have any breed preferences, I favor dogs that don't shed too much. Lastly, if your dog can hang out for a hour or two by him/herself and not have separation anxiety, then we'll get along just fine.
A typical day
I live on a large property with a sizeable backyard that's very pet friendly ~ fenced and safe, providing ample space for playtime. We also get plenty of sunshine for lounging. I work from home and can pay attention to your dog.
