Pet care experience
Hello!! My name is Kalyn. I have a lifetime of experience with dogs and want to use the skills I've learned to care for your pet. The "Family Treatment" is about making your dog feel at home and a part of our family while you're away! My husband, Nathan, and I live a short walk from Greenfield Lake; great for long walks! We are able to accommodate a variety of schedules/needs! And honestly we just love dogs! We said goodbye to our 15 year old lab, Buddy, in January 2017. My husband and I are not quite ready to have a new family member but we've been using our dogsitting opportunities to ease the pain of our loss. The other members of our house are our cats Harley Quinn, Susan, and our kitten Bruce Banner... They are used to dogs and will keep to themselves (Bruce may play) but I do ask that your dog either be comfortable with or indifferent to cats.

There aren't enough stars to assign to Kalyn's care of our precious Penny. We are repeat clients and recommend Kalyn and Nate highly. Penny's about to join us in England, so she will miss them. We wish could clone them so they could move here, too!
We LOVE Kayln & Nate! Thank you so much for another wonderful petsitting experience. My chihuahua Freddy feels so comfortable at Kalyn's that I am able to fully relax and enjoy my trip without worrying about my little fur baby. Kalyn takes wonderful photos and send regular updates, and this last stay she sent Freddy home with some custom-made fridge magnets with Freddy's photo on them! Beyond kind. We are so happy to have a reliable, safe petsitter in our new town - thank you!
Kalyn is AMAZING. I just moved to Wilmington and don't really know anyone yet, so I was between a rock and a hard place when I needed a super last minute overnight sitter for my chihuahua, Freddy. Kalyn was so sweet to jump in and watch my baby boy on such short notice! She and her husband took such great care of Freddy, I am so grateful to have a new go-to sitter in Wilmington. Usually when I travel, Freddy gets anxious and may not eat, but he ate both meals with Kalyn and was his happy little self when I picked him up the next morning. Kalyn's home is very clean and safe for critters of all sizes. Kalyn sent me several super cute photos of Freddy and a video, which always helps me when I am away from my little guy. Thank you, Kalyn! We'll definitely be booking with you again in the future!

A typical day
Greenfield Lake is a four mile, quiet pathway where your dog can get all the exercise they need! We have access to a fenced in dog park if your dog is social, and plenty of privacy and space for walks if they're not! A trip to the beach to get some fresh sea air and tennis balls is only a short drive away. Let us know what your pet loves to do and we can make it happen!
