How does your dog behave around other people and pets? 5. Are there any health issues or medications I need to be aware of? 6. Is your dog crate-trained or do they have a favorite spot to rest? 7. How do they handle being alone or separation? 8. Are there any behaviors I should be aware of? (Chewing, digging, jumping) 9. Does your dog have any favorite toys or activities? 10. How do they react to new environments or unfamiliar noises? 11. What commands does your dog know? (Sit, stay, come, etc.) 12. What should I do in case of an emergency? (Vet contact info, closest animal hospital) 13. Does your dog have any fears or triggers? (Thunderstorms, fireworks, etc.) 14. Are there any restrictions for walks or playtime? A typical day
I do all sorts of fun activities with animals to keep them engaged and happy. Daily walks or runs are a great way to give your dog exercise, and interactive play, like fetch or tug-of-war, helps burn off energy. I also love giving them puzzle toys or treat-dispensing toys to challenge their minds. Training sessions are another good option to teach new tricks or reinforce commands. Hide-and-seek with treats or setting up a mini obstacle course can keep things fun indoors, and on sunny days, swimming or a trip to the dog park lets them run around as long as the pet is comfortable there. And of course, don’t forget daily cuddle time!
