I used to have 2 dogs in my own life that I took care of growing up. I also have baby sat some dogs for friends and family over the last few years.

Kallista is trustworthy and very responsible. We have a large breed dog that needs extra attention and Kallista gave him all the love and affection he is used to getting . She has helped us out on a couple different occasions and I did not have any concerns.

In client's home, I will allow the dog to become comfortable with me first before I do anything. I will also take the time the time that the dogs needs on walks or just play dates on how much care the dog needs during a session. I will leave the house as found and not take anything besides what the dog might need to use during a walk or playing.

It is important for me to know ahead of time if the pet gets along well with other animals or not especially dogs if we see another dog on a walk. Then if they are friendly or shy when a new person is around.
A typical day
I like to play tug of war with them, give them lots of rub downs and petting, and play fetch with them. I love taking dogs on walks as well.

Availability
In the summer, my schedule is pretty flexible with being a teacher and having summers "off." I will have a few things during the week at specific times that I will work around to fit in animals in my schedule.
